ANSWER: If you have mistakenly sent a pending e-check, you may log onto our live chat to request a refund. Q: How is delivery completed?
ANSWER: After the orders have been approved, they will be allocated to different production departments and our developers will start arranging items for you. Q: I login the Live Chat but you are not responding. What is the matter?
ANSWER: Under such situation, we urge you to calm down and be a little more patient to us. 2, if you have been unavailable to receive your order, we may call you to ask you to collect your order in game, if remote delivery is not available.
3, for lagers orders, we must confirm your identity and legitimate possession of the card or Moneybookers and payments account you are using to pay. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scammers, something which benefits both our customers and players.
4, if you are worried about an order or have not managed to resolve an issue via e-mail, we may call you to assure you and help resolve any problems you are having.
Q: How do I place an order?
ANSWER: We have derived 5 easy steps to facilitate your transaction.
1. Click and select your desired game from our Main Menu.
2. Select your desired game server.
3. Once you decided your amount of purchase, click on the check out button. You will then be redirected to a Check Out page where you enter your game Character name. Having done so, you will then be directed to a Payment page where you can log on to Moneybookers and payments account to make your payment.
4. Please include your confirmed shipping address in your Moneybookers and payments purchase payment by simply selecting the default Ship to option. Please note that your order will be processed quickly with a confirmed shipping address.
5. Finally, click Pay button to proceed with the payment procedure.
Q: How can I track my order status?
ANSWER: You can track your order status by simply logging into our website to check with our customer representatives. And for power leveling order, you can check on Pl report page of our website.
